Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policy

Reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon issue of a receipt of confirmation.

If, due to events beyond reasonable control, any service or its reasonable equivalent is not provided, an appropriate refund of that portion of the price covering the undelivered service may be made. Thereafter there shall be no further responsibility or liability either for the accuracy of any representation made or deemed to have been made, or the non provision of any services.

The listed price will apply for any reservations made within 30 days before the retreat date.

A special “Early Reservation” price might be applicable for any reservation made with full payment at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the retreat.

Any cancellation of a reservation more than 30 days before the commencement of the retreat will incur an administration charge of 5% of the total cost of the retreat. However a reservation changed to a later date, up to 3 sessions later or on the first next available session within 3 months of the retreat, will incur no costs. Save however should there be an increase in price for the later sessions, this increase will be applicable.

Any cancellation of a reservation between 8 and 30 days before the commencement of the retreat date will incur an administration charge of 10% of the total cost of the retreat. A reservation changed to a later date, up to 3 sessions later or on the first next available session within 3 months of the retreat, will incur this 10% administrative charge. In addition should there be an increase in price for the later sessions, this increase will also be applicable.

Any cancellation of a reservation within 7 days before the commencement of the retreat date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the retreat. A reservation changed to a later date, up to 3 sessions later or on the first next available session within 3 months of the retreat, will incur this 50% cancellation charge. In addition should there be an increase in price for the later sessions, this increase will also be applicable.

If there is a no show for a retreat date, the entire cost of the retreat will be charged. A written request with payment for a new reservation up to 3 sessions later or on the first next available session within 3 months of the retreat will receive a 50% credit of the cancelled retreat.

A Change of a participants name more than 1 week before the commencement of the retreat date will incur no additional cost. If a participant’s name is changed within 7 days before the commencement of the retreat date, an administration cost of 5% of the total cost of the retreat will be charged.

There will be no refund for any unused portion of the retreat such as meals, accommodation, sightseeing, golf rounds, golf lessons or the ‘Spirit of Golf’ retreat sessions or any other services.

The organizers of the Spirit of Golf will not bear any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, for personal injury, accident, illness or death. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage. It is recommended that you should have luggage, accident, Trip Cancellation insurance and any other insurance coverage that you may deem necessary. Check with your insurance company or travel agent.

No responsibility is assumed for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, for personal injury, accident or illness. It is important for your own self-interest and protection that you make certain you have adequate coverage. It is recommended that you should have luggage, accident and Trip cancellation insurance. Check with your insurance company or travel agent.
